Pretty disappointed in the stitching

I loved the washable silk dress until I got out of bed this morning and the whole thing ripped. The stitching is not reinforced and it's easy to tear the fabric. I emailed asking if a replacement was possible but only got a $20 discount code. Pretty disappointing. For a $200 nightgown, I'd expect higher quality.

Disappointed with my Lunya sleep set

Disappointed with my Lunya sleep set. Poor quality for price point. Owned my tank sleep set for a little over a year - hand washed the items and was very mindful of care instructions. The fabric has already started to rip around the waistband in 2 places. I reached out to the company to see if they would help. Amanda, supervisor on their “Customer Happiness Team” said there was nothing they could do and offered a $20 discount *eye roll* So many better options on the market - save your $200 and buy elsewhere.

I got this for my wife. They were great when she got them. She wore them for a night, but then they got super wrinkles and lost their buttery feeling. I tried to return them, but they won't accept returns. Most expensive $300 night's rest she's ever had...

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. Basically their website and a bot email response that says they will get back to you in a week but they don't. Stay away.

Read before purchase

If you are considering purchasing, STAY AWAY. Why?

1. Poor customer service
Most people can probably agree with me here. They have virtually no way to contact them properly in an accountable manner. No chat option, no phone number. Seems pretty scammy right? People even have to comment on their instagram posts to get attention, because they take forever to respond to your email. They blame Covid-19 when they should own up to their lack of attention to customer service.

2. Poor shipping time
I'm not even talking about the carrier shipping! They seem to take their sweet time packing orders. Two weeks and counting, still not shipped, and yes, I already disregarded the holidays.

3. Poor business practices
First company I've come across that takes your money or charges the card immediately after purchasing. Note point 2 that the order hasn't shipped and they have taken the money. Other stores "preauthorize" meaning they charge when the order ships.

4. Headaches!
The most hilarious part of this is reading all the other trustpilot reviews, I'm realizing how persistent this customer service problem is at Lunya. I'm no expert myself, but I do think the bare minimum is to provide decent customer service, if you are taking my money already for $200 silk pj's. These aren't $40 pj's. Usually the more expensive something is, the better the service. We're paying you big bucks to receive the crappiest service ever.

5. Want an alternative? I googled "alternatives to Lunya" and there are so many other brands out there. Lunya is a social media brand with the worst customer service. They are not luxury.

Even one star is quite generous. Let's see when they decide to ship my order

Appallingly bad customer service.

Pajamas seem good but run quite large. While attempting to exchange, I sent emails, messages, etc for almost 3 weeks, and received no feedback whatsoever except automated messages with NO information. At this point I’d just like a refund but even that seems iffy. There is no way to contact the company except messaging, email & social, none of which they respond to.

Shame on Lunya

I purchased several items from Lunya and was happy enough to go back and place a large order. Never again. There was a shipping issue and they are unresponsive to my emails and voice mails. This is unacceptable. There are so many wonderful companies out there with amazing customer service but this company is horrible. All I needed was a response, an update, they clearly don't care. That is too bad. They lost a good customer and all my friends who I have shared this story with.

Best pajamas ever

I have ordered from Lunya several times and the pajamas are worth the splurge. I did have an issue with some stitching on my silk pajamas and was provided with a credit to purchase new ones so that was a quick fix. Everything else I've ordered has been perfect. There have been some issues with shipping because of Covid, but things happen and their customer service is second to none.

Clothes do not look the same after washing

I ordered the washable silk pajama set as well as an underset Nov 2021.

After a single wash following the care instructions, the pajamas looked nothing like they did when they arrived or how they look online. The color faded from a pretty wine color to brown. The texture became like dried paper, and the pajamas were crinkled. While I could iron them, this is not sustainable for me for daily wear, and I wish Lunya had been more transparent that this would be required for them to look as advertised.

The edges of the underset already became frayed after the first wash, as if I had been washing and wearing them for a long time.

Definitely not what I expected for ~$200. This is the most disappointing "luxury" purchase I have had in a long time.
